Description

A journey through nyonya and peranakan food with our local passionate Peranakan host Emily. Emily enjoys her cooking and is preparing a feast for the senses with dishes like; Ayam Buah Keluah (a unique chicken curry using a rare ingredient) Sambal Udang (Prawns) a spicy dish with flavours of prawns,fiery sambal and kaffir lime. Ikan Masak Kuah Lada (Fish) made from the fresh catch of the day Mee Siam (vermicelli noodles) and many other unique and interesting dishes, finished off with Kueh Salat (Dessert) all made from scratch with fresh ingredients from her own herb garden.
